The pioneer of Myanmar pageantry & social activist, Mr. Han Zaw Latt is a conductor of various mass media campaigns on social issues.
This young entrepreneur founded the Miss Golden Land Myanmar Organization in 2012 and the Miss Golden Land Myanmar Charity Foundation in 2014.
He produces role models to represent Myanmar and to contribute charity and social activities in MGLM Charity Foundation and TV stars through his own famous TV show & one of the most awaiting events in the nation, the annual Miss Golden Land Myanmar beauty pageant. Through his charity foundation, he has raised for HIV-AIDS care, orphanages, senior citizens, disabled persons, victims of natural disasters and catastrophes in Myanmar. As a young public figure and young entrepreneur, he has also made motivational and inspirational talk shows for the youths and education & awareness campaigns at various universities around the nation throughout the year.
He is a passionate, enthusiastic, and public relations professional dedicated to improving communications for the community. He is an extremely organized, dependable person who takes pride in his work.
He exhibits strategic knowledge and judgment and enjoys working in fast-paced environments & industries with a highly productive approach. He has experienced in a number of various media-related fields on a number of topics with innovative concepts. The world recognizes Han Zaw Latt as the world’s youngest national director for being only the youngest one in the world who is able to start and lead in international pageantry at a very young age by overcoming many obstacles and for his dedication and excellence in this field of endeavor.
In 2016, his MGLM Org won the Best (5) Asian Top Fashion Organization of the Year by Fashion Asia 2016 ceremony among hundreds of organizations from the fashion industry all over the continent of Asia.
In 2018, Han Zaw Latt produced “the Sun, the Moon, the Truth” TV series as a production designer cooperating with the Pyo Pin Institute, My Justice, British Council, European Union as community contribution program and public service announcement work. This series aired on national TV Channels and various social media platforms.
In 2017, Han Zaw Latt created the Mrs. Myanmar contest for all women who are married, single mom, divorced or separated at any age, and single over 27 years of age. The Mrs. Myanmar contest has become one of the most effective women empowerment programs in the country to educate, motivate and inspire women in Myanmar. His program has served as a platform to amplify women's voices for what they have needed most.
The Mini Mr. Myanmar and Mini Miss Myanmar contest by Han Zaw Latt is the most popular kid event in Myanmar showcasing Myanmar kids' outstanding talents and personality.
In 2018, Han Zaw Latt founded the MGLM Training School for total-self improvement and confidence development for every age in Yangon, Myanmar.
In December 2018, Han Zaw Latt served as an official partner of “Be The Change Myanmar” by UAB bank to grant 1,000 under-privileged children on Christmas.
In 2019, Han Zaw Latt organized the Mrs. Asia International 2019 beauty contest hosted in Myanmar to promote the tourism and culture of Myanmar through contributing to the international community and international exchanges. 26 representatives from the continent of Asia participated in the contest which was held in Mandalay, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site - Bagan, Myanmar.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Han Zaw Latt and his organization have documented the aid they have provided to Bago’s citizens in need. They have provided medicine, food, blankets, mosquito nets, pillows, beds, and money to families in need. The organization has raised 12,000 USD and provided long term support to those families.
During the outbreak of COVID-19 in Myanmar in July 2021, Han Zaw Latt donated 10,000,000 MMK for Oxygen to Covid patients through ten different charity organizations which are helping Myanmar people.

Since the Burmese military coup happened in February 2021, Han Zaw Latt has been actively involving as an activist in various campaigns and movements against the military coup to restore democracy and fundamental human rights in Burma (Myanmar). He stands for freedom and justice. Since the military targeted to arrest him, he had to move from one place to another and escape to the border area of Burma (Myanmar) with the help of the Free Burma Rangers. In December 2021, he had to move to the United States as a refugee due to the high risk of security and life safety.
Han Zaw Latt produces People to People (in Burmese ပြည်သူမှ ပြည်သူသို့) which is the TV program for interviews with the Union Ministers and government officials of the National Unity Government of Myanmar (NUG) and our civilian leaders. The program has also been broadcasting weekly on TV channels and various social media platforms. The main objective of the "People to People" program is to better communicate between NUG and the public in a valuable and meaningful way by creating genuine connections with the public and building their trust.
Currently, Han Zaw Latt has been serving as the Director General at Bureau of Strategic Communications (BOSC) of the National Unity Government of Myanmar. Bureau of Strategic Communications (BOSC) is bridging communication gaps between NUG and public, NUG and world media, NUG and international community in a valuable, unique, strategic way by creating genuine connections with the public and building their trust. BOSC utilizes comprehensive communication service mechanism to the ministries of NUG and the people of Myanmar as a high quality, accurate and timely provider of information of NUG by using all available forms.
Han Zaw Latt has been actively continuing in the revolutionary movements for the people of Burma (Myanmar) cooperating with various organizations and communities to the freedom of Burma (Myanmar).
